Instead of regular brownies, these black bean brownies are better for you. They are a guilt-free treat because they dont have any flour and are full of protein and fiber from the black beans.
Ingredients:
- 1 can 15 ounces black beans, drained and rinsed
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips optional
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 175F 350C
A 8x8-inch baking dish should be greased
Put black beans, coconut oil, and eggs in a food processor and blend them until the mixture is smooth
Cocoa powder, coconut sugar, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt should all be added
Mix until everything is well mixed
You can add chocolate chips if you want to
Spread out the batter in the baking dish that has been prepared
Put it in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean
Let it cool down before you cut it into squares
