Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats, toasted

- 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional
Instructions:
In a dry skillet, toast rolled oats over medium heat until lightly browned and fragrant, stirring frequently, about 3-4 minutes
In a blender, combine toasted oats, blueberries, banana, almond milk, and maple syrup if using
Blend until smooth and creamy
If desired, add chia seeds to the blender and pulse a few times to combine
