Ingredients:
- 4 large russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Cooking spray for the air fryer basket
Instructions:
Make sure to wash and scrub the potatoes well
Make wedges out of each potato
Put the potato wedges in a large bowl and add the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper
Toss the wedges really well to coat them
For 5 minutes, heat your air fryer up to 400F 200C
Use cooking spray to lightly grease the air fryer basket so that food doesnt stick
The potato wedges should be put in the air fryer basket in a single layer
Dont put too many in at once; you might have to cook them in groups
Heat the air fryer to 400F 200C
Add the potato wedges and cook for 20 to 25 minutes, shaking the basket every so often, until they are golden brown and crispy
Take the potato wedges out of the air fryer and serve them hot
You can add more salt and paprika if you want to make it taste better
