Rustic Garlic Bread Charcuterie

This recipe for Rustic Garlic Bread Charcuterie will help you make better charcuterie. A wide range of charcuterie meats and cheeses go well with the crispy and tasty garlic bread. This appetizer is rustic and rich, and it will wow your guests at any party.

Ingredients:

  • 1 loaf of rustic bread
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Assorted charcuterie prosciutto, salami, chorizo, etc
  • Assorted cheeses brie, cheddar, gouda, etc

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375F 190C

Cut the rustic bread in half lengthwise, creating two large slices
