Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 packages ramen noodles, seasoning packets discarded
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 green onions, sliced for garnish
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat
Add beef slices and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side
Remove from skillet and set aside
In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger
Saut for 1 minute until fragrant
Add broccoli florets to the skillet and cook until slightly tender, about 3-4 minutes
Meanwhile, cook ramen noodles according to package instructions
Drain and set aside
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil
Return beef to the skillet with broccoli
Pour the soy sauce mixture over the beef and broccoli
Stir to combine
Add cooked ramen noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until heated through
Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving
