Ingredients:
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup walnuts, halves or pieces
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
- Green onions, chopped for garnish optional
- Sesame seeds for garnish optional
Instructions:
Put honey, sweetened condensed milk, and mayonnaise in a bowl and mix them together
Put away
Whip the egg white in a different bowl until it gets foamy
A paper towel can be used to dry the shrimp
Add salt
Cover each shrimp in cornstarch and shake off the extra
Warm up the oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat
For about one to two minutes, until they are lightly golden, fry the walnuts
Take it out and set it aside
Fry the shrimp one at a time for about two to three minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy
Take it off and let it dry on paper towels
Put the sauce mixture in a clean skillet and heat it until it gets a little thicker
Add the fried shrimp and walnuts and make sure they are all covered in the sauce
If you want, you can add chopped green onions and sesame seeds as a garnish
Enjoy while hot
